Since the late 1980s, Dee and Karisma Embroideries have been working with the world's elite designers, to create couture embroideries, including sampling, design and full production lines, with company owned and operated factories in India.

Karisma’s U.S. clients include Ralph Lauren, Oscar de la Renta, Marc Jacobs, Carolina Herrera, Michael Kors, Prabal Gurung, Thom Browne, Dennis Basso and many more. In the early 1990s, Dee began to expand the business to Paris, Milan, Rome and Munich, with European fashion houses including Valentino, Giorgio Armani, Prada, Jean Louis Scherrer, Emanuel Ungaro, Louis Féraud, Pierre Balmain, Karl Lagerfeld, Guy La Roche and Givenchy.

The journey has been equally memorable and inspirational, because of Dee and Karisma's direct working relationships, and friendships, with the geniuses of the fashion world since her early days. Karisma has benefited most by forging strong partnerships with its clients, and understanding and catering to each designer’s needs individually.
